Using this store
By using Lingallure, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and protect your account credentials. You may not disrupt the store, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content.
Products, sizing, and images
We aim to describe colors, materials, dimensions, included items, and sizing accurately. Fit varies with body shape, garment construction, fabric stretch, and personal preference. Product photography and displays can also create small color differences. Review the product page and size chart before ordering.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when confirmed for fulfillment. Prices, promotions, inventory, and bundles may change before acceptance. If a material error or unavailable item requires cancellation, we will notify you and return any applicable captured payment.
Delivery, returns, and product care
Delivery follows the Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility follows the Returns & Refunds Policy, including hygiene, seal, tag, wear, and time requirements. Customers must follow garment care labels; damage caused by misuse or care that contradicts the label is not a product defect.
Intellectual property and changes
Lingallure names, product media, graphics, written content, and store design may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. We may update these terms when products, services, or legal requirements change. The revision date identifies the current version.
