Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends, holidays, address verification, stock transfers, and high-volume periods may extend processing.

Discreet packaging

Orders are sent in plain outer packaging without product photography or descriptive lingerie wording. Shipping labels contain the recipient, return, customs, and carrier information required to transport the parcel.

Shipping options and estimates

Available services, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Estimates begin after dispatch and exclude processing and customs review. Unless expressly stated, an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

• Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal may receive the free-shipping promotion shown at checkout.
• International duties, taxes, brokerage, and local handling charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout says they are included.
• Separately shipped items may have different tracking numbers.

Tracking and address changes

Carrier information is attached to the order when available. Confirm the recipient name, phone number, postal code, apartment number, and street address before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

Check the delivery location, household members, reception desk, safe place, and carrier notice first. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged, or incomplete, keep all products and packaging and contact us promptly with the order number, shipping label, and clear photos where relevant.
